Welcome to La Unión Multi Service. By using this website, our chat assistant, or our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

La Unión Multi Service, located at 4849 SE 110th St, Ste 52, Belleview, FL 34420. We offer cell phone plans, device unlocking, accessories, top-ups, printing, and money transfer services as an authorized agent.

2. Information and pricing

We strive to keep information accurate, but prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice and may contain typographical errors. Prices shown as "from" are for reference; the final price is confirmed in store. Images are illustrative.

3. Online purchases

Online purchases are processed through Square and are subject to its terms. Payments are secure; we do not store card data. Products are subject to availability. We may cancel and refund an order in case of a pricing error or lack of inventory.

4. Returns and refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, with receipt and the product unused and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened headphones, installed screen protectors, or personalized products.
• Services already rendered (unlocking, top-ups, money transfers, printing) are non-refundable once completed.

5. Money transfer (Boss Revolution)

We are an authorized agent of Boss Revolution. The money transmission service is provided by the corresponding licensed provider, not by us, and is subject to its terms, fees, and exchange rates, which vary daily. We do not guarantee delivery times or specific amounts.

6. Phone unlocking

Unlocking is subject to device and carrier eligibility. Some models or accounts cannot be unlocked. We will let you know before charging if your device is not eligible.

7. Virtual assistant (AI)

Our chat is an automated assistant for informational purposes. It may contain errors and does not replace professional advice (legal, financial, immigration, or medical). Always confirm important details with our staff.

8. Intellectual property

The site content (logo, text, images, and design) is the property of La Unión Multi Service and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Unión Multi Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably.
